Project Overview
Google Antigravity is an agentic development platform, evolving the IDE into the agent-first era. Antigravity enables developers to operate at a higher, task-oriented level by managing agents across workspaces, while retaining a familiar AI IDE experience at its core. Agents operate across the editor, terminal, and browser, enabling them to autonomously plan and execute complex, end-to-end tasks elevating all aspects of software development.
My Contributions
I worked closely with the DeepMind marketing and engineering teams to develop a motion design system that sat naturally within the Google Gemini visual language. This meant aligning every detail — pacing, interaction cues, colour behaviour, and system transitions — to Google’s design principles and the 4-colour spectrum, while simplifying dense, technical concepts into clear, digestible visuals. The result was a motion approach that made an intricate product feel intuitive, future-focused, and unmistakably Google.
